I had never had an Ayurvedic massage before.I was a little apprehensive,but my fears were soon dispelled by Sophie’s kind,patient and caring manner.She explained what was going to be happening next and was led by me as to how much and when to talk.Sophie checked that I was comfortable throughout.The massage was amazing and the time flew by.I have been suffering with sleepless nights from a chronic back injury and the night after the massage I slept through the night without waking.I wish I could attend for a massage monthly but unfortunately live too far away.A very big thank you ,it was wonderful
