I bought a new alternator from this seller with 12 months warranty. After 11 months the alternator was noisy. Warranty wasn't accepted. Mechanic in the garage said it's low quality chinese alternator. I don't recommend

Really unprofessional.Horrible experiance.Try to get refund because of the faulty part.But when j call them a really rude man said that the part is working and j am trying to scam them.Fortunately the ebay gave me my refund for the part but j lost my deposit.Avoid

Do not visit them or order from sgr ebay page !!!very unprofessional, they have sent a faulty product and took an extra deposit to which then they have not refunded and no refund of product even after we have sent it back.I called them today as we have not heard back from ongoing conversations on ebay... The same guy says 'he wants to go home and the boss is back home in Poland'. He is aware of the situation as he is the only person working but he still pretended he needs to look at the emails and 'his mind wants to leave work and rest' but on google it says 6pm.bare in mind that if your a car repair centre like us, this is bad for our business as the customer had broken down due to their faulty product which he is now saying isnt theirs and its the return product for the extra deposit, but we have shown proof pictures confirming it is their product.very rude and unprofessional its like its a back street garage...
