For a family of 6, Newgate Apartments met every angle of our need. Location is perfect..shops close by..burger shop right beside us. It's a home away from home..has a cooker, washing machine, beds, for everyone...a dishwasher...what more could you ask for? We couldn't connect to the free Wi-fi...it didn't matter...because Netflix was on....Will definitely book again soon. It's the perfect place if you are visiting Stoke on Trent!!!! A+++

This is a scam. The property is horrible mould in the bathroom,smells of smoke,not kids friendly and a trap to use your money for security. Why use white everything when kids will be using the apartment. Horrible and rude staff stay away unless you are willing to forfeit your so called security. I will never be visiting or recommending this apartment to anyone. STAY AWAY.
