Been using wave lengths. For over a year now. Very friendly and always walk out feeling happy with the service given. During this pandemic staff and Customers always wearing masks. Keeping us and there self safe. If I was unable to wear a mask that’s fine always open up appointments which you can attend where you don’t have to wear a mask and it would only be you a member of staff in salon. Which I think is fantastic as they’re putting their customers health and well-being first.

What lovely friendly people. I am unable to wear a mask due to health reasons. When I booked my appointment I mentioned I couldn't wear a mask and the own explained they are more than happy to see me but for my safety and that of other clients the appointment would need to be changed to a first morning appointment. Fantastic news, I had no concerns about anyone else being there at the same time as me. Brilliant service all round and walked out with amazing new hair style

My partner went to an appointment to get his haircut, and owing to prior issues, can't wear a facemask. Got told that they couldn't see him without a facemask, discriminating against him and breaking the equality law whilst they were at it.EDIT: They wanted me to edit my review (how quaint for an honest review but never mind...) they charged my partner £20 for an incomplete haircut and obviously so. It was clear by the random hair length, looking more like a bird's nest and the student hairdressers in my old place of employment could have done a much better job.

Wanted a different look and felt totally at ease with Cathy. Top hairdresser.
