Went to see one of thier houses,very run down with major safety concerns. No operational firedoors or smoke alarms. Did not take up.

If there was a zero, I would rate it a zero, rent houses off landlords, run the houses to the ground, dont pay Bill's council comes after landlord, also tenants are in extreme risk due to poor condition, some people dont have heating, if there is a serious health and safety risk, it gets ignored,They dont care about anyone but money

Don't trust those people,they don't hold a valid licence anymore to rent houses and they just care about the money. They scammed 20 people at least and run away with more than the deposit (they were asking for the rent without the licence)When you ask for help or explanation you are just bounced back and receive silly excuses, houses are in miserable condition (flee, broken toilets, damp and holes in wholes). Well, if you go to Citizen Advice and ask about them they got a full dossier, so check if you don't trust...

Best landlord ever. Super easy to talk. Everytime we had a problem in the house there was someone fixing it next day. Living now for more than a year and can't be more satisfied.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FRAUDS. They don't do any maintenance on the properly. Excuses after excuses with these people. When you trying to get hold of them. They ignore your phone calls. The state of the properties are disgusting and just want financial gain.
