Amazing service, having been called Andrew in one of the coldes days of January when my boiler break down. He came, detect the problem, order the parts and fitted them next day. After fitted the parts on the boiler, Andrew detect water in gas instalation, and sort out this problem as well.Very good knowledge and lots of experience in what he is doing.I would definitely recommend him.

Andrew responded very quickly to our enquiry and after meticulous review of the existing installation and our requirements, guided us through the process of installing a new oil fired boiler at our home. It wasn’t a straightforward job and Andrew had to work around various challenges with our existing system such as incorporating a low loss header and dealing with older pipework. The new system is far superior and a very professional job carried out with a can do attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew (and his son!) and will use this company again.

Great service, having been called out on a Sunday to help with an oil leak on a boiler. Andrew has great knowledge and made the boiler safe until the parts needed for the full fix arrived 2 days later which he then came back and fitted. Very polite, tidy and happy to help with all my questions about the new house we had just moved into regarding the heating and Aga.

Andrew responded to my panicked early morning Saturday morning call when our boiler stopped working overnight. As we were going away that weekend he came out on Monday, diagnosed the issue and put in a temporary fix so we had hot water and heating when the water came on and then completed the fix on Wednesday. Would highly recommend Spring Heating and Plumbing.

Andrew came out to fix our problematic and weeping stopcock and was prompt, professional and friendly! He replaced the stopcock in no time even though it was difficult to access and we are very pleased with the result! Despite being an emergency call out the price was reasonable. I would definately recommend Spring Heating and Plumbing!

We called Andrew out on a Sunday as we had an accident with a nail and a radiator pipe under the floorboards! We were due to have new carpet fitted the next day so needed it dealt with urgently. Even though Andrew was due to go out with his family he still took the time to come over with his son, within half an hour, and fixed the issue for us. Fantastic and friendly service. Thank you Andrew. Would definitely recommend.

I phoned Spring Heating and Plumbing Andrew on a Saturday morning as our oil boiler had stopped working. Andrew was friendly and said he come by the end of the morning. He came about 1.5 hours later. He was very knowledgeable took our boiler apart,identified quickly what the causes could be and fitted a spare part and got it up and running. He showed us exactly what he had done. We had had two visits from another company and a service previously to identify the problem which they had not done. What a truly nice man with expertise with oil boilers. The cost was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! We chose to contact Andrew because of his good reviews and they were spot on. Very friendly, lovely to talk to, prompt arrival, great communication, service and knowledge. He came out to us last minute to look over our oil boiler which has been out of use since Christmas. He got us up and running again in no time, but will be back again soon to do a service and repair. I would definately recommend, without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant! After being let down by our insurers we called Andrew 2 weeks before Christmas thinking he would say we would have to wait until the NY. As promised he arrived 4 days later, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and turned up the following day and fixed our boiler - all sorted within a working week from the time we made the call. What excellent service and we will definitely be using Andrew in the future.

I have had Spring Heating and Plumbing Ltd carry out maintenance work on my oil boiler 3 times now. On each occasion Andrew has turned up promptly and has found and fixed the fault each time. I would highly recommend them. Often a Father & Son team who I would confidently trust to carry out all works on my heating system and will continue to use them in the future.
