The anticipation of a fiery, full of spice jerk chicken was unfortunately a bit of a let down. The chicken was well cooked, as was the rice and the salad was refreshing, however the flavours on the chicken were easily forgettable. Not one I'd rush back to

Jenny's Jerk Chicken
Very bad customer service. The workers seemed angry and frustrated. The beef patty made me feel nauseous during my meal. It seemed old and not fresh. I had great expectations from this place but I was wrong. It started off downhill from the very beginning.

My wife and I had wanted to try their jerk chicken for a while. It came well presented and wasn't fatty like other reviews but for us the chicken was just way too salty - and borderline hard to eat. I can only comment on this one meal though.

Awful if I could give zero stars I would. Paid £20 for 2 curry goat/ mutton rice salad and sweet potato fries. 1 pineapple drink. The drink was the best bit. We threw away a carton of bones. The meat was all fat what was there. I had 2 mouthfuls it wasn't anything Caribbean or west Indian about it. Charged £1 for the drink that was clearly marked 59p. Both guys serving were miserable and looked like everything was too much trouble. WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. Not recommended. Don't waste your money there's much better places to eat from!

I can just comment what I had the food today. I am not sure for the other reviews here below having the same as me.I have ordered a BBQ chicken salad meal set and a side of salted fish fritters and a can of drink today. Total is £11. For the salad meal, I think the chicken is well grilled, juicy and full of charcoal flavour. The rice is well cooked and with sauce. The salad is up to expectation. For the salted fish fritters, it is similar to the one in Portugal and is worth a try.Maybe the main problem is the problem with the labour. When there are increasing number of customers but there is only one person responsible for cooking and everything including calculations and getting order. It is really difficult, so I suggest it is better to look for the best situation, and there are still many choices in foodhall. Today I ordered the food before the peak season and the food is very good.

First time we've tried food from food Hall. Very happy with quality, taste and value for money. Served with a smile, very busy, constant queue but very quick moving.Hats off, we will be back

First time placing an order and I wasn’t expecting much but WOW! Definitely worth the money. Ordered curry goat, brown beef stew and plantain. Absolutely loved the containers that everything came in and portions were huge! Very delicious and piping hot on arrival which was a bonus. Will be ordering again.

Horrible customer service the food was horrible and nothing tasted Caribbean I got the curry mutton and rice and peas.the rice and peas was so mushy and had too much water in it. And then for some reason the person who did my food absolutely DRENCHED my food in gravy it was litterally like a mini bath for for the rice. And the plantain was already precooked and then refryed it was so disgusting it tasted so weird. I really expected better for what I payed for I couldn’t even eat any of it. Don’t recommend a waste of money and space if you ask me . Lucky to even getting 1 star should be zero.

Good food and flavours. My rice was a bit undercooked. Chicken was okay and a bit on the dry side but the curry/ gravy given was amazing
