Went in today and they really helped me out a lot it's good to know there's someone there 24 hours in case of a crisis

If I could give 0 star's I definitely wood this pl should not get any funding from anywhere as far as am concerned sure is up there with my top 5 places I wood never want to use or recommend if you ask me they have never once seems or came around like they even care so like what I say time and time again why do the job or volunteering whatever it is ,

Do not try and text this place if you are feeling low and too embarrassed or emotional to speak. They wont answer you. This may advertise itself as a crisis centre but if you are feeling suicidal dont call or msg them as you will feel even worse when you get no reply.

It’s doing such a good job it has to fil tare out reviews . It’s really not good . They can’t be trusted one will tell you to call back another will say we are not a listening service. Another will want to listen to your detail, another will only want to read off their chart . The majority will talk at you not to you . Often they just want to break your anonymity and for you to accept their dead end sign posts .Their information can not be trusted , it’s always contradictory. Not at all a crisis line . Perhaps a publicity funded portal for narcissists. The majority are thick and don’t appear to have been trained well , prob a rec -manger issue . Really it’s only there for some farce munching advisors to read from their script as well as tick box questions . 2 good staff As the rest are just there to earn for their ego .

Based on recent interraction - 5 minutes ago - a lady picked up the phone, I told her I got an email from someone, she pretended she took my phone and said she will investigate and call me back. The moment of us disconnecting I felt something wasn't right so I asked if she could confirm the number I gave her, she read first 4 digts and she asked me if I could rephrase the rest of it.... so I said 'you didn't take my number, didn't you?'. And she asked again if I could provide her with the rest. What it means is that she didn't plan to attempt that phonecall at all and she lied that she will do something and call later. Pretty much a pure reflection of Edinburgh city. Happens here in so many places that is inconceivable - today it happened here. I don't know if you are aware of the situation but the best times of this city are in the past and the future isn't so bright - in 5-10 years you will be very surprised how every individual pretending to work here without any empathy and willingness to do a simple job (aside - which is paid for!) contributes to the fall of the country. Your kids will be carrying your weight on their shoulders.

a great service, which provided me with the help support and further resources i needed. and a safety net i now know i can rely on, during very difficult times, when i dont where to turn too.i actually cant believe the negative reviews for this service. crazy.keep up the good work.
