Today I had my son b-day party. Not to mention the waiting 30 min for induction, but the food was terrible. One of the boys didn't receive his food even has been paid for. When I mentioned this, they said I had to wait a half hour. The lady who was preparing the food or was dealing with organising the food was very impolite, and her attitude wasn't a professional one at all. I observed that she was like this with other customers while serving the food. In the end, she offered two bags of crisps to the child ... And I paid 20£ per child ... I paid 280£ for 14 kids, and I wouldn't go there for a b-day party ever. It is not worth it and the staff need more training.

Excellent for kids. Coffee shop little slow but well worth going to get kids to burn of energy. Perfect for holidays. Keep eye out they have special offers for whole of summer

Great fun with the little boy on our first time here today only reason it is 4 stars than 5 is a couple of the areas weren't open to play in which we didn't know until the briefing before entering should be a partial discount or refund if the full area is not open

Horrible experience. They close whenever they want. We called up the day before we went and were told we could walk in for the 6.30 session as its not so busy. So we were there 10 mins early, no one to serve us for almost 10 mins. Then they took ages at the till even though we had already signed wavers online. Then told to watch a safety movie which took another 10 minutes. By now we'd missed 20mins of the session. They also have 7pm sessions so we asked if we could wait till that session instead and they said no (they wanted to go home early ofcourse) even though they do a dedicated 7-8pm session usually! We used our half price return ticket with wishful thinking of better staff this time round but unfortunately was the same ones. The music is so loud my children got headaches. I asked several times for it to be lowered. 2nd time I even asked beforehand on the phone if the music could be lowered because i was ignored last time and they said they will sort it when we're there. They still didnt lower it. They said its on to give a fun atmosphere for everyone so they can't just take it off for us , but our family was the only group/people in there!!! I said it's not fun if my children go home with a headache... pleaded basically for it to be lowered and it was still very very loud. Also forgot to mention when we arrived the 2nd time they said they're closing early. Manager had to check if staff had sorted lifts before letting us in. (Though they were told the day b4 we'd be going at 6.30)One more thing... the staff members follow you around like stalkers at the trampoline Park, sometimes you just wana be silly n do some stunts (safe ones) but it's not fun being CONSTANTLY stared at with a straight face. We'd try avoid them by going to the other area but they literally followed us the whole time.Yeh so would never go again. Hope I never forget how bad the customer service was.

What a wonderful place! We booked last minute as is only just learnt of this place the other day from friends and it did not disappoint! There is so much stuff here for the kids to do and the adult kids that live in us all. Plenty of trampolines, inflatable section, foam pit, air bag, games section and even an arcade and cafe. It's very well thought out and entertaining for all ages. We personally found an hour long enough, I'm not sure we'd have survived two. Even the 6 year old was flagging after 50 minutes. Definitely worth a visit. Plenty of parking as well.

Great place, kids love it but some of the people working there need to be more understanding and get their heads together. We attended a birthday party that was meant to be starting at 14:10. The safety briefing finished at 14:59 from a gentleman that was trying to make a group of 5 year olds listen quietly to a video explaining them about potential paralysis and death in case you landed wrong. He was quite annoyed when some kids wouldn’t stop talking from excitement and insisted on them keeping quiet and that they had to watch that painful briefing! After the kids were allowed in the area, the adults were told that they could only watch them from either above or behind some rails. Now my child is a bit nervous and sometimes needs me for the first fine minutes so I stayed on the platform till he was settled. The member of staff informed me that it was not allowed and if I wanted to enter then I would have to buy an entry ticket as well!I would very reluctantly return in the future.

Do not go here if you are an adult wheelchair user. The cafe and viewing platforms to watch your kids are upstairs. There is an elevator towards the back of the unit, but this isn't being used and appears to be decommissioned. Was told if I wanted anything from the cafe that they would bring it down to me, but there is no way of viewing the menu or placing an order unless you go upstairs, then there is no where to eat downstairs as there are no tables.Very disappointing, although the kids had fun.

Really good trampoline park with loads of variety, my 10 year old loved it. Let down slightly by the price tag and overcrowding.

Would not book another party very unorganised when there’s more than one party and other children there..Seemed to be no organisation when booking in. Had to keep asking for drinks some of the staff weren’t particularly bothered. The young girl who was the party helper she was sweet but I don’t think she had enough experience.
