Absolutely amazing service providers and friendly employees! I went to both O2 and Apple to get help with my iPhone and I was told by both that they didn't know what was wrong. After dropping my phone off at this store, a few hours later I walked away with a fully functioning phone and a new courtesy screen protector!

Easily the cheapest prices, best value for money and best customer service in Horsham. They fixed two mobile phones and a laptop of mine. Most recently they generously completed some work under warranty, no quibble, no questions. Good, friendly people. Consistently excellent service.

Very disappointed after I read the reviews here. 3 times I had to return my phone accumulating to having to wait around in Horsham for nearly 3 hours. What should have been a fairly straightforward screen replacement turns into the first screen not working properly and the second making the sensor not work at all. I was told I would have to come back the following weekend to have it fixed for the 4th time, which understandably I refused as I needed a working phone. I've used the Horsham phone repair shop prior to this and would choose them over Dr X every time now.

Excellent service today. Having issues with my phone storage (too many photos!!) Fitted an SD card and took the time transfer photos for me. Previous visit, was quoted a price for a job, took less time than they thought so payed less !!! Very impressed, will be back, thank you.

Having broken the screen on my phone I visited a main mobile provider shop with the view to buy a new phone. I was told my sim card was too big for a new mobile and they couldn't transfer my data as my mobile was broken! I went to Dr Ex, within 5 minutes I had chosen a new mobile and been assured that my data could be transferred, no problem! Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr Hell!Never again, I purchased a router from Dr Ex and it was faulty. So I took the item back and thought getting a refund would be straight forward but no it was the most appalling customer service I have seen.After battling my consumer rights for more than 30 minutes I finally got a refund to much disgust of the manager.The worker confirmed that even the shops don't refund for each other as I found out by going into the Horley shopDr Hell, good for testing out your law knowledge!

Smashed phone screen repaired for £60 and absolutely fine, cheap as you can get. However I checked my screen time on my phone and saw that they had spent 25 mins looking through my photos! Very disappointed and will not be returning, do not trust.

Having been experiencing what can only be described as incompetent and unprofessional service during the purchase of a new Samsung phone from O2 very recently I must compliment Dr.Ex in Horsham and especially the young Polish man working in there - it was a refreshing difference when compared with that of your competitor. Fantastic Customer Service. Honest advice with no hard sell. Friendly and knowledgeable, very welcoming. Recommend 100%. Went in thinking new screen (small scratch on screen) but after inspection Dr X suggested that screen protector would be better- scratch is still there but doesn’t look as bad and phone protected against further damage. A much cheaper option and I’m very happy. Recommend 100% !

A place I can trust with my laptop and phone. They provide a good service with wonderful staff that are honest with you. They try their best to fix what they can. They have helped me big time rescuing my phone and laptop when it all crash down on me. I high recommend them.
