As helpful and polite as the customer service team were, I had to ring numerous times as the carpet kept coming up in one corner and my son and I kept being cut by gripper rod nails on the stairs that hadnt been put down properly. Each time I got told someone will be coming to fix it" strangely nobody ever turned up. And when I mentioned that they were baffled and rebooked. I gave up in the end and got another company to come and sort it."

I can't recommend Trade carpets highly enough. They are a fantastic local firm who have a huge selection of stock to choose from and provide excellent customer service with competitive prices. I had my entire flat fitted by them and they did an amazing job. The carpet fitters were both brilliant and I would like to thank the manager, Lee for his attention to detail and expertise.Chris

Just had three bedrooms and full staircase fitted with new carpeting.I have to say what a beautiful job the fitters have done, they were really experienced people and they did the job professionally and we were hardly disrupted at all. Highly recommended.A good experience from beginning to the end and top quality carpet.

Nothing too much trouble for Lee and the floor fitter. Great advice and able to transform a poor quality kitchen floor with holes and different materials to deliver a superb finish.Bathroom floor also completed to very high standardsWould recommend Lee and Trade Carpets and will use again for next floor job.
