We bobbed in for some advice for my husband and myself regarding mobility scooters. The sales assistant Adele was extremely helpful and she was very welcoming and reassuring we got lots of information and she even did demonstrations of the products which was a huge help too us.I would highly recommend this shop for all your mobility and helpful aids for any disabled person

Visited the Wakefield shop today to purchase a wheelchair for my Mum. Adrian was very helpful with a kind and caring nature. Purchased a great wheelchair Adrian did several demonstrations on how to take the chair apart and put it back together, fantastic service thank you.

We called in last week.The guy who served us was very efficient and was able to meet our needs.

Rob and Richard were amazing, Rob came out and brought the scooter that i wanted .Reviewed me for the scooter, he was lovely and professional.Then Richard brought the scooter a week later ( today ) he was such a lovely guy and showed me everything I needed to know.Thank you Rob, Richard.

my wife Elizabeth and I went to Parkgate Mobility Wakefield on Friday the 15th of September to look at mobility scooters for Elizabeth. We told the salesman ADRIAN what we were looking for and he could not have been more helpful. He explained everything in a very friendly manner and on his recommendation we purchased a scooter.

Have already posted a review on Trustpilot but Adrian at Wakefield was an excellent salesperson and took a lot of time and trouble using his experience to make sure we purchased the right scooter

Called into shop after a nervous ride on my scooter all the way from Eastmoor.I had. Found the scooter I was interested in and asked the man about it,pride colt2.0 @£2.200,grey,he pointed at executive model and said I asked ,I did not!I told him I had researched this particular scooter and had found and saved other online places offering the same scooter at various prices,He said SHOW ME,I was surprised by this and said I had not brought my iPad,I didn’t expect to have to prove my findings.I then said that he could look himself as I did not bring my iPad,He was very abrupt,patronising and rude.He kept saying things I did not say and was overbearing ,patronising and a poor frontman for your business.Eventually I got fed up and walked out.My son was with me during this going on.It is not my first experience of poor service and unreliable lying service last year which was then carried out by one of your experienced servicemen,His assessment of my scooter was completely different to the first one???He’d told untruths!Thank god for the good man.AnywayI was prepared to pay cash yesterday in your shop.Unfortunately I will not be due to the experience we had yesterday with such rudeness and arrogance,He even tried to correct it by saying sometimes things get off on the wrong foot???It was him!It was like I said something and he contradicted every word,I left feeling upset and sad as I would not enter into any dealings with such a rude man!I just opened the door and left,I did not say a word.GuttedK.Douglas
