Stephen went out of his way to turn up early at very short notice to assist with my lack of hot water issue which he fixed as well as a radiator that wasn't working. He was very friendly, professional and clearly explained what he was doing as part of his diagnostic checks to locate the source of the problems which he did & quickly fixed them. Would highly recommend Stephen to others in a trade where it can be challenging to find a reliable and responsive plumber.

When our boiler broke, Stephen was very quick to come and get it working again. We decided to get a new boiler after this and he did a great job fitting a new combi-boiler. We would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I originally left a glowing review, however 4 weeks in from the job things are not as rosy.I got a complete system replacement for a combi boiler. The boiler is great and it makes a massive difference to my home. We used Stephen as we had just had a very bad family bathroom refit so confidence in tradesmen was low and he was recommended by my parents who had also had their boiler fitted by him.Unfortunately though, last week when I was getting my downstairs toilet refitted, the plumber flushed through the attached macerator several times to clear it through. Within minutes, I had water streaming through my hall ceiling. Upon closer inspection, he discovered that the way the boiler had been installed meant that the dirty waste water was betting pumped back through my system and coming out of an uncapped pipe under the boiler and above my hall. Basically, I had a sewer collecting every time it flushed but the problem was only noticeable with so many flushed in quick succession as it formed a puddle rather than a light spray.I definitely knew that Stephen was aware of this problem because he made a huge point on the day he was here that we should not use the downstairs toilet for anything more substantial than a wee which we did think was odd at the time but didn't think too deeply about because i have never had a macerator before and trusted his advice.I did contact Stephen immediately to let him know about the situation and give him a fair chance to have a discussion and see if he would offer to correct his work.When Stephen wanted the job, he replied within minutes to my text and was round to quote the same evening. 7 days on from contacting him about the issues I have heard absolutely nothing in response and don't expect to going forward.I have now had to pay a further £700 to get the pipework sorted out by another plumber and it was explained to me that Stephen would have been 100% aware of this issue but most likely it was left because macerator are not very pleasant to deal with.

Stephen is a great guy to deal with, very straightforward, explained my options and prices. No fuss, easy going and sorted my cistern problem very quickly, highly recommended
