Very good , organised post office, nice and helpful people, never had problems here with sending and collecting,Many thanks for your service guys

Disgusted with the poor service and attitude by the old lady behind the counter. She should be ashamed of how she deals with customers. New management has to take over in this place..I came here to send a parcel and she would NOT go ahead with the service and said that the parcel is far too small. Utter rubbish!I've had this same size parcel sent from other post offices without any problem. Bare in mind, I've sent over 30 same size parcels!I went to go to another post office and had it sent without any problems.(Thats where I will be going from now on).I've also attached a photo below to show PROOF that the parcel is sendable!This is a shame and a disgrace as this post office is close to my home and I'm having to travel the extra mile to have my parcels sent.I request new management immediately and if I was the owner of this post office, I would be ashamed as this place has high potential to be successful but the staff are utterly poor at their job.Update 1:In reply to the response, yes this is the correct place! With all due respect, teach your wife some manners! I should not be having to say this. After all this poor service, you responded with your wife's age?

Yes, it’s a reasonably decent Post Office, it’s had an exterior freshen up, its clean, tidy, and not really what I would call roomy. My only suggested improvement would be to aim to keep two counters open at busy times, and encourage customers with multiple parcels to use the “Drop & Go” service, nobody really wants to be queuing for 20 minutes because someone has 15 parcels to process !

I don't even want to give it one star. Rude towards south Asian customers like myself but friendly with everyone else? Laughing about Takeshi's Castle - she should have a go at it to give us all a laugh. Her attitude completely changed when serving me, looked at me in disgust and I was nothing but polite to her. I have named and shamed this post office on social media and would happily see it closed down family business or not" due to their discriminatory attitude towards people of colour. I am definitely coming back
