The hotel was fantastic, clean and really comfortable bed. The only let down was the 'to go' breakfast, would love to return, but would go for room only if available

Nice clean guest house just off the main road. Rooms rather small. Ensuite shower room was quite small so very hard to have a decent shower. Constant hot water. Very friendly staff.

Phoenix Guest House
Good location, very close to the beach. Room is newly done up so is very nice and clean. The included continental breakfast is good, toast, Cereal, Cereal bars, small muffins, orange juice etc. The only complaint I have is the WiFi is not great. Perhaps it's because I'm staying on the top floor. I do realise that it depends on how many people are using WiFi at the same time. Overall the stay so far have been great and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Right in the heart of the gay district this little B&B is lovely. Our room was just what we needed, clean and tidy and with everything we needed.Breakfast is continental and out of packets which is ok if you just want a light breakfast.Would recommend this little place to anyone visiting Blackpool.

Just arrived back from an excellent stay. Very clean, I was in room number 5 which was a nice size. The shower was powerful and worked properly. The continental breakfast had a great choice and was to a high standard.Will definitely stay again.

Basic guest house but for a few days stay it does the job just fine. Rooms (and whole hotel) are clean and tidy. No breakfast or food offering but plenty of places nearby and free tea/coffee available until 10.30. Couple of small chargeable car parks available very close by and location is quite handy for the promenade and station.

We stayed for 4 nights as soon as you walk in through the front door you just knew the place was going to be clean and comfortable the rooms were just what we needed for our stay as a family it was within walking distance of town. If you want a good cooked breakfast go to the promenade cafe at the end of the road will be going back next year

Cheap accommodation with shower in room. Shared toilet but who cares? Very reasonable rates

Phoenix Guest House
Host was very friendly and welcoming. Decor a bit dated but was clean. My room had a half decent shower but I had to share the toilet with 4 other rooms. This was the only bad point.
