Brilliant job today by Ross and Scott very friendly, respectful and professional can't fault them. There was woodworm in the flooring whole floor was replaced the floor is now perfect. Thanks alot guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Scott and Ross turned up on time yesterday to do hall floor due to woodworm they very poilete and nothing was a problem even though it was the hall with it being cold kept door shut to stay warm even offered to move furniture and tidy up after them.Not there fault but been waiting ages for this so glad they were a nice workmen .

I had David, Lewis & Josh out to tackle a mould problem in 2 walls. Great bunch of guys who were tidy and efficient in their work. Even helped me move my furniture back and put back up blinds etc when finished. Couldn’t fault them. Would definitely have them back if ever I needed works carried out again. A great asset to the company.

Had two bedroom walls plastered by Stuart Johnstone and what an amazing job he made. Very friendly guy and left the room spotless when he left. Would definitely recommend this company, so pleased with the work done.

We had a visit and survey carried out by Craig because there was issues with high humidity within the house. The surveyor was very knowledgeable, candid and honest. He was professional and gave us his diagnosis along with a resolution that we could work toward.I have trust and faith in his assessment.

Two joiners came out today Scott and Ross to replace my livingroom floor boards and fix joists. They where extremely respectful of my property and very clean and tidy workers. Full new flooring looks superb they really done an amazing job. Thanks

Our Church property in Larkhall was affected by Rising Damp, Wet and Dry Rot. We engaged Richardson & Starling to deal with the property problem. The property was surveyed by Craig who carried out a thorough and professional survey and issued a very detailed report. The contracting was supervised by Daryn who managed the works from start to finish and kept us updated and communicated well with us. The quality of the works was carried out to a very high standard by Graeme, Willie, Davie, Billy, John, Josh and Scot who were courteous and very tidy considering the major repair works. The office staff were very helpful and easy to contact. I would recommend Richardson & Starling to anyone who finds that they have a damp, woodworm or rot problem in their property. I contacted R&S to carry out a survey of my basement to scope out an issue raised in my homebuyers report.The survey was really detailed and the findings were well-documented, so that the required work was easily understood.Graeme & James arrived from the Glasgow branch to carry out the work. My own work allows to critique the extent and scope of the structural work and how it was done, and I can attest to a high standard of work and appropriate scoping.Graeme and James refitted my underfloor insulation. This was not in the scope and they cleared away any sign that they had been there.I am extremely impressed by all aspects of my experience with R&S, and particularly grateful to the two lads for their help.A brilliant company.
