My wife and I went to lush today and hadn’t been in the Bournemouth one before, we were met with very helpful staff, we went in the first time and Maisie was very helpful with my wife when she was buying her products, we returned a couple of hours later due to the weather being horrible and the air show being a no air show! She remembered us from our earlier visit and struck up great conversation, she was incredibly helpful with me when I was deciding which fragrance/aftershave to choose, we appreciate great customer service like this and shall return. As always, a visit here is a riot of colour and smells. The staff are excellent at demonstrating the right products for your needs and nothing is too much trouble. We even were offered free samples to try at home. Great to have a shop that minimises packaging and waste. There products are always top quality and a favourite with our family.

I had the best experience I have ever had in any store ever today at this lush! The staff is the absolute sweetest! I have never walked away so happy from a store not only for the products I bought but because of the staff! To the staff that was helping me and my two friends whilst we were waiting for our other friend you absolutely made my day! And if it wasn’t for the fact that I live in a different country I would come by everyday just for the staff!All the love to the staff at this lush!From that Swedish Pink/Purple haired person!

I have been recommended to go to Lush if around Bournemouth. Just realised while walking around so try to catch up. My bad luck as they were just closing the door. I heard about their products so wanna give it a try. Anyhow I missed my experience there but ordered it for delivery and found it very quality stuff. Hope to be there once when in Bournemouth again.

Had a unexpected lovely experience at lush today. Thanks to a cheerful guy I believe his name is Nick. Made my day with my sisters making bath bombs and feeding them all the information around the store. Happy lush day!

This was the most welcoming lush we've ever been in to, the staff were lovely and professional, all with smiling faces. One of the gentlemen compliment my hair and my boyfriends hat whilst we made our purchase which made the experience even nicer and it really made our day. I wish we asked for his name to compliment him personally but hopfully he sees our review.

Been coming to the Bournemouth Lush on and off for about 11 years. It’s a good sized shop. The staff always are great and helpful. Always worth having a conversation with them, always been offered samples.
