Requested a quote and got a reply with details and a phone call. When I tried to explain I had another company coming giving me a free assessment the lady got very shirty with me. Not a good impression to a potential customer.EDIT- You got the 1* for the treatment from your staff not the fact you had a callout fee. If they were courteous and accepted another company were willing to do a free assessment then I wouldn't leave a review.
