I contacted Polar creative when I was looking for someone to work with on a new project. They had previously been sending my business leaflets in the post for sometime. After contacting them I was asked to explain the project, which I did. I was then asked for my budget. As I had no budget in mind I asked for a rough cost I could expect. To which I received no reply despite follow up calls and emails. It seems my project was deemed either too difficult or my imagined budget (to which I never commented on) too small. Rude and disappointing to have been ignored.

Polar were tasked with both re-branding our business, and design of a new website to complete the new brand. Their initial ideas were excellent, and they were able to take our feedback and incorporate it to produce a stand-out logo and identity.The website design was equally impressive, and Lee and his team were incredibly patient with our various changes and iterations. The result is a fantastic website that is visually impressive, and has our branding embedded throughout.We can wholeheartedly recommend Polar, they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

They were able to take all our notes into account and, when confused, asked for direction.
