Wouldn’t recommend as the booking process isn’t smooth or accommodating of the customer needs. There’s no availability. Sophie made it unnecessarily difficult and was inflexible. I went elsewhere and was able to book in no problem.

Had a few issues with other companies not scheduling visits. My wife contacted C&S Chimney services and arranged a date to come and sweep our chimney as it was definitely overdue. Very happy with the work they did a great job and even resealed the flue for me at no additional cost. Would recommend and have rebooked for next time.

Nice service with a smile. Made sure when they cleaned chimney everything was protected from dust and dirt escaping. Arrived on time and only carried out the work that was necessary. On leaving issued a certificate of completion. Highly recommended their services..

Came today to clean Esse 100 fire and chimney.Excellent professional family business. Great communication throughout the process, arrived on time, very clean and thorough service. Would highly recommend and a very competitive price. Fire looks great.

Had our Flu cleaned by C&S Chimney Services. They were very professional and proficient. They arrived on the agreed date and time. They took care to protect the carpet and once they finished took all the rubbish away.I felt they have a fair pricing policy too.They are clearly a company that takes pride in their work and customers' satisfaction.I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them!!!

First class job , great teamwork , lovely couple , can now relax and enjoy the fire knowing all is safe , amazing how much more heat the fire gives out now the chimney has been swept thanks again and see you next year .

I had C&S Chimney Services come and sweep my log burner. It was very easy to make an appointment and Sophie had me booked in for the next day. They showed up spot on time and where a very polite couple.All the work was done with the up most care and attention. No dust came into the room and they vacuumed as they went along. Craig showed me the condition of our flue using his CCTV which was really interesting. He give me advice on how best to burn wood and made sure we had a carbon monoxide alarm.Overall very happy with the service and they are not expensive either. Will be getting them back in next year to sweep again.
