Not sure if it is Exeter centre or not but Royal Mail this year is very very slow. Most other carriers are far quicker.

Sorry I am unable to rate this place badly enough. I had to give it one star to give the review but I don't think they are even worth that. I sent a letter by Next day delivery guaranteed 1pm on 28th October 2020. On tracking this item I see that it is still at Exeter Mail Centre (10.11.20). It is impossible to get through by telephone or to communicate in any other way. Total despair of letter ever being delivered!!!

Used to pop down here on my lunch break to post things occasionally but went down the other day and apparently you can't buy stamps or pay for postage anymore, you have to have everything pre paid?! Absolutely ridiculous, especially since so many post offices are closing. Can't believe I work on the outskirts of Exeter and there's nowhere within reach for me to post letters on my lunch break

Told me item was at Newton abbot, went to newton abbot to be told item was at exeter. Confusion reigns. Told lady id been on phone for ages only to be told it wouldn't of reached them anyway. Complete puzzlement, better off just waiting for delivery

Got left a card to collect my parcel which says to check opening times on website! I did this, drove down to find they shut one and a half hours earlier so totally wasted journey. Thank you Royal Mail.
