Visited last night, partner picked up rose wine, went in immediately after and said can i swap to red, and picked up 2 reds, never realised until today that he never reimbursed the rose and charged me for both bottles of red instead of one, called up to be told what do u want me to do about it?? write you a cheque? It's your own problem not checking checking when you left!! asked him not to speak to me like that shouting so he hung up and now wont answer phone bad customer service

Air machine not working took £1.50 trying 3 times because tyre pressure sensor picked up low pressure. Knocked my air pressure down to 8lb pressure. Went in and told them and he sent guy in back room out who was totally clueless explained the problem but kept trying to put air in even though compressor wasn't running and needed more money. Tried with it running and knocked my air pressure down to 4lb and went inside. Wasn't interested in helping so won't be using them again. Terrible customer service experience

Been to this car wash today it says on the sign 4 pound wash an go or 5pound wash an dry I settled for wash an dry came to pay he said that will be 6pound
