My best friend came down from Manchester to visit the shop after I had given her a bracelet and earrings for her 70th birthday bought from Beau Bijou. She bought some amazing earrings and although I wasn’t planning on buying anything, I just couldn’t resist a bracelet and a couple of pairs of earrings. A lovely shop with excellent prices to suit everyone.

Had a great in store experience being served by Frankie whilst I was buying a head piece for my wedding.Unfortunately part of it came off and I had to send it back, I had lack of communication by the shop owner as to what was happening with my head piece and her customer service skills towards me was very poor.It’s left me with having to argue to get my money back and I’ll be looking else where to find a new head piece.

Really lovely selection of jewellery and extremely helpful staff Annabelle made me a beautiful necklace and bracelet to go with my ‘mother of the bride’ outfit
