Nw drainage came out very quickly to deal with my drainage problem, they replaced pipe work. During this process they gave me a full run down of what was going to be done.Would Highly recommend as they were tidy quick, fair priced and very pleasant to deal with.

NW Drainage solutions were recommended to me by a neighbour who had another company quote him £20,000 for a job, Rob priced the job for £2000. and carried out the work.I made the call and the next day, as promised Rob came to look at the issue I was concerned about. He was friendly,polite, professional and extremely helpful. He refused payment on the spot. I then mentioned another issue which he has me booked in for in a fortnights time. Rob and his team did an amazing job in finding a solution to our soakaway drainage problem. They drew up the plans. Consulted with the local council planning department. Called NW Drainage when we experienced a blocked drain. We chose them based on their 5* reviews. Rob and his team were there within a few hours to clear the blockage, which they did very quickly. Reasonable call out fees. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended.

Where to begin with the compliments? Rob's communication is excellent - if he says he'll come, he comes and on time. In addition, he is a problem solver of exceptional ability, taking his time to consider all possible solutions and - a rare thing - will start with the least invasive (and cheapest) option. Fortunately, for us, that worked but I had complete faith in Rob and knew he wouldn't take advantage of my ignorance in all things drainage but instead would do a professional job.
