Bought 2 Vanclef immitation gold bracelets from here. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. They had two qualities of these bracelets, one lot that were just with stones and other range that were real onyx, opal etc which explained the huge price difference between jewellers to jewellers. This was good to know. We had to have one of the bracelets shortened which they did while we waited. We also managed to swap for old jewellery I no longer wanted for the current gold price so i was very pleased with that. All the customers that came in while we were there seems regulars and loyal to them so they must have a good rapor. The place is small but we'll worth the visit

Purchased a pair of earrings and lost one due to the earring backs wearing out, so my daughters bought a second pair to replace again the same thing happened within wearing the, earrings on two occasions. Went to the shop and advised the customer assistant regards my disappointment. Was advised that they do not take earrings back ( which I understand due to hygiene) but if the item is faulty and does not serve it's purpose what does a customer do. Very disappointed as when purchasing items the shop is happy to take your money. I travelled from Birmingham to try and get sorted out was informed would be not be able to sort and would need to leave them with them. If they cannot be trusted to sell items which are fit for there purpose what reassurance is there that the earrings will be sorted. Will not be purchasing from this shop again.
