Topped up the gas meter once before here and the scanner didn't work so they typed in the numbers and it then worked. Went again today and now they don't type the numbers in apparently. None interested cashier aswell when explaining what they did last time and all I got was sorry we don't do that here. Really disappointing.

Locally everyone calls this shop Lals, The prices are extremely low and you can top-up your electricity and gas here. I will come again soon.

Never had any problems going for over 5 years but recently it has become very apparent that someone has been skimming tobacco out of 30g and 50g pouches. 3 in a row sold with broken plastic sticky taped up and a broken tamper tab. The one I weighed was 26g including the pouch. Do not walk out without checking your products.

It's always a pleasure to shop at best-one, the staff are all so friendly and very helpful. They even spend the time helping young children to work out if they have enough money for what they have selected. They help to pack your bags for you and always have the time and patience with any given customer requests. Most of the staff have worked there for many years so customers get to know them very quickly. I always end up having a laugh whilst I am in there. Staff are helpful and know where all the items they stock are located. They even get parcels sent there from certain shops online but they don't have lockers which people don't mind as there are a few shops that do them not far from the shop, just a little walk really.
