Incredibly impressed with Outdoor living systems from start to finish. I had a badly fitted front door that I needed looked at and Scot came out had a look and showed me the reasons why it was so bad. He said he would try and rectify it but he wasn’t confident that he could do much due to the poor job the previous company had done. At no point did Scot push me to buy a new door in fact he was more than happy to at least try to fix my old door if possible. He’s a genuine honest guy who is fully qualified and knows his stuff and so I decided to get him to fit me a new door also the same useless company had fitted French doors at the rear of the house so I had Scot measure those and give me a price. He gave me a price the next day and double checked with me that everything I had selected was exactly what I wanted and after paying a deposit everything was ordered. The door I ordered would take approximately 5 weeks to be made and Scot said roughly half a day to fit. Just over 5 weeks later the doors were ready and Scot and his team came and fitted them . The guy’s working for him were very professional, everything tidied up as they went and they just cracked on with the job. The difference when the doors were finished was staggering and just looking at them you could see the quality of the fitting and finish. The doors just feel quality and are incomparable with the previous companies doors. If you want a great professional job I would highly recommend Outdoor living systems .

I have had bad experiences with builders in the past so I am a very cautious and fussy customer. Scot and his team were patient and accommodating. The work done was to a high standard and delivered what I wanted. Communication was excellent throughout and I was never left waiting long for a response to my many questions. Scot is a can do" kind of person and overcame some challenges encountered during the work without batting an eyelid. Based on my experience

We are over the moon with our decking that Scot completed. It far exceeded our expectations. I changed my mind half way through and asked to add a balustrade - not a problem! Would definitely recommend to others. There were some supplier issues which were out with Scots hands, but he kept his word and finished the job exceptionally!

We had our decking replaced and I'm extremely happy with the work done! Everything was done exactly as I wanted with constant consultation. The lads worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly and professional. The new deck is way better than I'd imagined it could be and I love it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Just had composite decking fitted by Scott and Rob. They’ve done a fantastic job. They removed the old wood decking I had and took it away too.My new decking looks stunning. It’s not cheap but so worth not having to maintain wood decking every year.

We are thrilled with the balustrade fitted by Scot and his son. It has finished our new terrace off wonderfully. Great job by a local firm!

Scot and his team did a wonderful job of removing my old decking and installing a new deck. First class workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to ask this firm to do do further work should the need arise.Scot has recently done further work for us which again was completed to a high standard. Delighted with result. Great attention to detail.

I needed a handrail around my decking and stairs. Outdoor Living Systems were brilliant from start to finish. Explained the job and how it would be fitted and adapted. Lovely and tidy work throughout!! Excellent…….would highly recommend them!!

Got a new front and back door today. Love them both. Scot and his team are extremely professional, work to a high standard and very clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again for any future renovations they can do. Would highly recommend outdoor living solutions to anyone.

We engaged with Outdoor Living Systems to build a two tiered decking area, another single deck area, the double boarding of our fence plus an extension to our stone patio area.It wasn’t a straight forward job as we have a sloping garden but Scot was flexible and attentive during the design and delivery.It looks fantastic and and we love spending time on it.
