The doctor was nice and helpful but the reception staff is really rude and busy to talk with each other instead of helping people with informations...I will definitely recommend to choose another surgery, I will try to move from them as well.

My husband went to gp for his appointment on time. He wasn't called for 40 minutes. When he enquired with the Receptionist said they forgot to register him. No apologies from them as he missed his appointment because of their silly mistake as they are busy chit chatting and giggling. When he asked them that he need to see the gp as it was urgent they said call the ambulance. The Receptionists were very rude and has no manners. We both felt they were racist to him.

Staff are rude can't deal with patients put phone down on, you, practise mgr never available, assistant practise mgr doesn't know how to booking system works or feedback/emails says leave if you don't like it? Takes 5/ 6 weeks to see a doctor your comfortable with she says this is normal?Phone 8am to book appointment lines are busy by 8.20 all appointments are gone and you been waiting thinking your going to see a doctor? When you do get through to reception says all gone try tomorrow. Please read people's comments on staff they seriously need training, its a shame as the doctors are trying very hard. But it has to be a team effort to succeed!!!

Some reception staff can be extremely rude and unfriendly on the phone, with no customer service skills at all, doctors are very good however, and have always been very helpful and friendly.

I have only been with this surgery a short time. Everyone is very helpful and very professional. I don't understand why people slate them off when they are always very busy and doing their best for patients. Keep up the great work

App said permission refused for repeat prescription. So I rang the surgery, apparently the prescription had been issued and with the Chemist. Fair enough the app was incorrect, it does happen. But the attitude of the receptionist was appalling, plus I've read other reviews that mention the same thing and rudeness. I appreciate it isn't a easy job and can be stressful but as a health service worker myself we are always told to be courteous.Making an appointment is almost impossible they just keep saying ring back tomorrow. I've never had a problem with the doctors though, they have always been very helpful and professional, and the cures have worked on the whole.

This place is run by a group of totally dishonest and sadist bunch of people. One and only advice from my end is avoid going to this place if you have any means.Due to the negligence from their side my wife's antinatal pregnancy care has been stuck in redtapes and we are not at all able to do 12 week scanning even after she reached 18 weeks.Still the first scanning has not been done. This GP directed us to do blood test twice back to back not even refering us to a midwife instead.Second time the GP withheld the positive blood results from a Friday to Wednesday, even though they had it they simply choose not to disclose it to us on phone or in person even though we begged for that at their reception. Instead the just showed the audacity to write a letter to us stating we were not reachable on phone on the day we actually went to their reception in person. It's a sad state of affairs that people lacking empathy running an office of critical importance.

I've just come back from an appointment for my 7-year-old daughter who has a deep cough and temperature. We had an appointment booked this morning for 4 p.m. We were made to wait 20 minutes therefore we were told that we had not signed on in the system and nobody told us about it. Waste of space and waste of time is all the system full of people who don't care, they are all there for their day-to-day paycheck! We pay taxes to NHS for absolutely nothing, in rare cases when we need a doctor it is almost impossible to get one!Absolutely a waste of time and taxes ... finding a dentist is exactly the same thing! So disrespectful, not surprised when I'm in Spain or France no one wants to speak English!Every year is getting worse and worse, hopefully, We will move away from this place soon!If I could I would stop paying even a penny to NHS, waste of place!Horrible service, 5 doctors cannot go through 50 people per day, in most European countries one GP goes through 50 people alone but here they cannot because are lazy but greedy!Absolutely horrible, I wish their children get sick with a temperature and sore throat If they are capable of having children!P.SIt has just come to my mind that there is a big label that says; for a child who is feeling well can be issued an appointment immediately, but obviously not for every child.I've never felt racism in my life, but here in this City is so obvious!
