I purchased 8 posts and gravel boards from Britannia to do the rear section of my garden. The posts were of such fantastic quality that I have ended up with the neighbours either side asking if we could do the sides as well. I then purchased another 20+ posts and boards which were delivered yesterday. Communication with Britannia has been great, they were happy to amend my order after it was placed and because they don't outsource delivery there were no issues there. As mentioned by other reviewers, these posts are of the highest quality and uncomparable with building merchants products. They are hand made and you can tell the pride that goes into their products having visited the yard (and met the very friendly yard dog). One thing to mention is that the website doesn't show their full range of products as they do some different coloured concrete posts such as anthracite which look awesome! I'm really delighted with my products and can't praise Britannia highly enough.

Very disappointed customer!!!Lack of communication from the customer service. If I hadn’t chase for the goods probably would still wait for delivery, it took almost a month to tell us that there was a delay in supply chain and then his car was broken. James very rude and without any good approach to the customer.I was waiting for my order ages and at the end had to collect the goods by myself.I still haven’t received my refund for delivery!!! Don’t buy from this website it is not warty your time!!!!

Very happy with our delivery of concrete posts and gravel boards, each one was of exacting dimensions and they have slotted together perfectly and look really strong and smart. Communication was good and when we required a refund as our order changed, money was transferred back to us on the day we sent our bank details. Really impressed with Britannia. Thank you!

At the time I was looking for some replacement gravel, it was proving difficult, either they would not deliver down our lane or quarries had turned to cutting stone rather than chipping gravel. James and Britannia came to my aid with a really nice looking gravel at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Ordered 6x 9ft posts and 6x gravel boards. From start to finish the service was spot on despite lockdown restrictions and challenges. Easy online ordering, regular and friendly updates and quick delivery which was made as close to the work site as was possible.
