Would always say a big “hooray” for Jesmond library but what’s become of the stained glass that I and other children from West Jesmond Juniors made back in the eighties? I’d love to know; was it maybe given back to the school? It would be a shame if it was disposed of.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Jesmond Library on a few occasions with my granddaughter and its been an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the childrens area is so welcoming- all in all a great place to visit: many thanks to all the members of the team who make it possible

Walkable distance from West Jesmond metro station. Good and quiet place to read/write. The staff members are very helpful. Library also provides b/w and colour printing and photocopying service at nominal price. Cheers.

Community library, open time every Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. Good surrounding and service.
