Ged has offered his service last week for me and gave me a very detailed report. As an owner for property , especially in UK ( Snagging is so important but legally not influencing completion), therefore to find a third party company for snagging is much more important than if you purchase a property in any other countries. I feel so happy that I find Ged.

I reached out to Ged after seeing the glowing reviews on here for a snagging inspection and report. He was wonderfully communicative throughout, booked himself in to complete the inspection very promptly and offered a very fair and reasonable price for the service. The report was sent across within 24 hours of the inspection with a lot of helpful detail and images and picked up things we almost certainly would not have as a result of inspecting the property ourselves.Would definitely recommend his services.

He spent several hours reviewing everything in great detail producing an easy to access report we could provide to the contractors.
