DO NOT BUY A CAR from here!! Sold a Corsa with assurance if a problem they will fix as have a garage at back of forecourt. Within 10 days has engine issues which they are refusing to fix or send to warranty. Asked for repair replace or refund. Now saying car issue not their problem and will only part refund. This is ALL within 30 days of buying this car!!

Please avoid these cowboys! I bought my car from them and had issues as soon as I drove it out of the dealership. I was more than patient sending my car back FOUR TIMES to enable them to ‘fix’ the issue only the find that he was just resetting the dashboard and not fixing the issues. Their communication is sub-par, meaning you may not get a call back for weeks at a time or even at all.When I initially raised my concerns about the vehicle, the owner began shouting at my down the phone and refused to talk to me because I suggested the car was unroadworthy - which I have had confirmed from multiple mechanics that it is! They are now refusing to do anything about the vehicle and my case is now with the Ombudsman. Please, please, please avoid them at all costs. There are far more reputable companies out there who will not take your money in return for an unsafe vehicle and run.I wish I had returned the car straight away, just want to ensure no one else has to go through the stress that I have had with a small child!!

My experience with this garage is so much of a contradiction to all of the negative reviews, that I felt obliged to write a review!I brought a car from Clearmotive back in November 2017. Last week my car developed a fault (turned out to be an ABS sensor) and after reading all the negative reviews, I took my car back fearing the worst.After leaving my car with them to diagnose the problem, they called me to explain that they had found the fault and had also contacted the Warranty company on my behalf, who were not going to cover the repair. Before I had a chance to respond, they had offered to cover a good whack of the cost of the repair and I ended up paying marginally more than what I would have paid for the part alone.In my opinion, Clearmotive Cars are a good honest dealer, with excellent customer service, who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beware. We have had to raise a case with Trading standards. They sold us a corsa which had the owner details tippexed out, I questioned this and they said someone changed their mind. The car had an engine fault I noticed on driving away and on reading reviews I believe it may have been the car they tried to sell to someone else. They kept promising to repair it but every time we took it to them they didn't do it and said they couldn't find the fault. This went on for months where they expected us to keep taking the car back to them, which we did, the car never got fixed each time. They never contacted us back and we had to chase them all the time. Eventually they agreed to do it another time and then when we turned up on the day agreed and they again said they couldn't do it today and could we bring it back again another time. They took advantage of a young driver knowing that he would not know how to dispute this. Therefore we are now having to go to trading standards.

sold me a dodgy car! a single mum with a 3yr boy a dodgy car, first the cars battery was not charged they had to come and jump start me at the petrol garage, then the car was over heating even if i was just waiting at traffic lights, rang them they said they'd arrange a local garage to check it out but they never got back to me, i checked the coolant and there was noun in the car i mean noun! not a drop, then i checked the tires front drivers side was 45psi the rest where 25psi, i put 32psi in all four tires and then the car made a grinding noise turns out the spring and shock are both badly broken i mean you can actually wobble the wheel side to side.The MOT is dated march 2017 3 months before i bought it they knew full well what they where doing.They now never answer the phone! the woman that sold me the car was pregnant! knowing full well i had a small child because he was with me when i brought it and she still sold me the car and let me drive it from Milton Keynes all the way back to london with my 3yr.I will be reporting them to trading standers or whomever governs dealerships like this, they are RAC approved so I will also report Clearmotive cars to them.

Appalling and misleading company as a whole.We purchased a car from them and it was sold on the basis that it had an AA warranty, the car broke down eight weeks in and after numerous calls and emails we received a response to say they would contact the AA .A week passed and nothing so we Constacted the AA only to be told that there was no warranty on the car at all .This was then explained to Mr Haque who in his first email claimed it was below the amount they cover on warranty then on his next email told me that he had been on the phone to the AA to have the warranty work done, all communication that followed as the same .Finally the AA intervened and a warranty appeared, by which time we where nearly £300 out of pocket for recovery and work done to sort the car.These people sell cars without warranty on the hope they don’t breakdown in the first three months , not only this then they deny selling you a car with warranty .Not a reputable dealer at all and a total disgrace to all car dealers who do the job properly.Think twice before using and sugest you film them selling you warranty so they don’t lie after

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. They made buying my Lexus very easy and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys to buy from.

Did not have a good experience - car developed fault within 24hrs of driving away. Of course used cars can have problems and they did try to fix it, but despite multiple attempts the problem remained. Eventually they agreed a refund and took the car back, but after weeks of ignored emails and unreturned phone calls, only the threat of legal action caused them to finally return the money. They then 'forgot' to post the registration form to DVLA so we were still the registered owners (and paying tax) months after returning the car! I would not buy from them again - my impression is that when something goes wrong it's an uphill battle to get anything out of them.Also, worth pointing out that the only 5* reviews here come from somebody who shares a surname with the owners of the business - maybe coincidence but having dealt with them nothing would surprise me!

I bought a 2012 high mileage Vauxhall Insignia from these guys and have now had it 9 months without anything other than service costs and even when a glow plug failed they fixed it quick. I would use them again
