Wouldn't recommend working as a support worker in Advance now.It has really gone down hill. Expect far to much of the workers now.Far too top heavy in managers now and all they do is delegate all the time instead of being supportive. Can get a far better wage in other organisations with a better work life/ home life balance.

The 'manager' as the Enkalon House office was so disinterested in her job. I suggest a performance review if the bosses ever read these comments. Very unprofessional and poor.
