Cold calling pressure sales! Warn your staff about this company.... they use deceptive sales technics to get junior staff to accept orders. They do this with no account set up with them, no terms discussed and no due diligence. They also charge well above industry prices and massive delivery charges. Defiantly one to avoid!

very agreesive sales and duped my chef ( non native english speaker) into taking a trial which they then thried to invoice for. Refused to collect so leaving on the street . Agressive cohersion at its best ! Avoid

Harassment at its finest, unprofessional and rude cold calling. Would not even leave a name and number for a call back so instead rang persistently. Would NEVER do business with. Looking at the reviews we are not the only ones you’ve harassed.

I have always found that purchases have been of a high standard and have been delivered promptly. If pack sizes have been more than my requirements these have been adapted to suit my needs. It is always pleasant to chat with the company's rep and she is extremely helpful.

Absolutely shocking on every single aspect.They harassing my staff with phone calls every single day.Please be careful with them because if you place an order of 5 litres for example you will receive 20 and if you have a direct debit set up with the God help you because they don't refund anything back to you.My advice, stay away from this company.

Cold calling done at its best! Convinced a member of staff that they were our supplier (even though we’ve never used them) and then sent us £222 worth of cleaning materials that we don’t use!

I see Gems are still scamming. I have just heard that my review of them on Yell has been removed - so I will put my story here. This company base their existence on a scam of free samples. They then send out large quantities of coloured water asnd bill for massive amounts or threaten laarge restocking fees. It is all a scam. Do not give in to pressure for payment. Stand your ground and ignore the threats.

Avoid at all costs. Delivering unordered goods to premises. Only to expect to charge for there collection. Refuse to share recorded phone calls. Just Contact trading standards.
