Act Fast First Aid
We have been using Jo's Act Fast First Aid for about 6 years now. She is an excellent teacher, thorough, kind, helpful and just a pleasure to be around. Her teaching is inspiring, motivating and confidence building and I feel equipped with the knowledge and skills I need to deliver first aid in the workplace, and have successfully utilised my learning on more than one occasion. Outdoor First Aid course was absolutely fabulous. Practical, fun, with lots of scenerios. Tutor knowledgeable and very approachable. Definitely using this company again. Well done to everyone involved.

The course was delivered in the best way possible for me to learn, the hands on course was great. Joe really knows her stuff and cares about the learners learning. If you are looking to train your people in first aid, then I would use Act Fast First Aid. we did and cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed it. Jo is the most engaging first aid trainer in my experience. Courses I have done with other providers in the past have been very boring but Jo makes the process exciting, her passion for the subject is strong and she is very captivating in her delivery. 100% would recommend Act Fast First Aid above all else!

Brilliant day today completing Level 3 First Aid in schools. Jo delivered the content in a fun, hands-on way. Feel much more confident and competent now. Would highly recommend.
