Amble North Pier
Very isolated place with great sea views. A nice walk from walkworth beach car park turning right at the crossroads to the beach following the old road between the sand dunes and the tidal marshland and the river with great views up to walkworth castle and over to amble

Amble North Pier
Great walk with amazing views looking towards conquet Island, the only negative is the amount of dog mess which is made worse due to people standing in it and trailing it further.

Amble North Pier
A beautiful pier with a lovely view of the North Sea, a well built, sturdy reliable pier which supports heavy weights easily. This circular pier allows a different way to walk into Amble with a much nicer view that the usual view of roads and houses. I would recommend walking along it, it take and extra 5/10 minutes to walk along and it is definitely worth it.

Amble North Pier
So close to the hustle of Amble and yet this incredible place feels so remote and is always quiet - even at the busiest of times. This is because it is accessed from Warkworth Beach car park (free for first 72 hours = free!) from which it is a 20/25-minute brisk walk along a level cinder track. Once at the North Pier, one is in a land of pristine, golden sandy beaches, wonderful dunes, bits of old wooden boat, broken jetties of long ago and fascinating tide lines of worn wood and pebbles of coal. Amble and the North Sea form the backdrop. An absolute MUST for artists and serious landscape photographers.

Impressive view of the old Amble Nor Pier. You can park at Warkworth Beach Car park and walk along the pathway or via the beach.
