Dreadful. Awaiting a delivery due to arrive on Thursday/Friday according to Amazon. On Wednesday, despite being in the house all day I found a card shoved through the letterbox saying no one home unable to deliver.I know they hadn't knocked or tried to ring the bell otherwise the dog would've barked. Went round to the depot on Friday to collect ourselves. Were told we couldn't collect as the driver still had it on his van and was now off sick"! Surely in that case parcels should be safely back at the depot not at a driver's home? They said they would get it back and deliver it Saturday morning. At midnight Friday we received an email saying they had tried to deliver it today but no one home (again

Package delayed for 3 days, god knows how many phone calls, false promises and just damn right lied to, not good customer service and then as a customer get frustrated and it's the poor van drivers that get it in the neck, not good, not good at all

Great service! Went to collect a parcel from these and they couldn’t find it! They delivered it to my workplace the next day though! Excellent service!

Would genuinely give 0 stars if I could. The courier Usman is worst courier I have dealt with in my life, wish they would assign a different courier to my area in Burslem. Once I politely text him delivery instructions and he text me back saying he refused to deliver to me and said I can collect it from the depot - 1st time receiving a parcel from Yodel in 2 years! This week my partner ordered new internet from Virgin Media, sadly the router is sent out with Yodel and more unfortunate with Usman again. 1st attempt he didn't even attempt to deliver and put that he attempted while being nowhere near my property (confirmed by Yodel webchat). I gave Livechat specific instructions for delivery and they failed to provide them to the courier for the 2nd attempt. 2nd attempt, yet again didn't even try but he put that he did try. My partner called him directly and he promised he had tried to deliver it when I have received confirmation both days from Yodel Livechat that he was not near my property when he selected no delivery. He was rude to me however was nice to my boyfriend as they are of the same race. Why is he not treating all customers the same? My property is sometimes difficult to access however you can ring our intercom from the gate and call our number, we would come out! Waited in 3 days now for delivery. Funny how Evri, Royal Mail, UPS and Parcel Force have 0 problems delivering to me but this man does..

Completely useless service.Waited in all day and used the tracker so I could see when the delivery would be made. No delivery attempted but get an email saying that delivery couldn't be made and a card left. No attempt and no card. Used the live chat. Totally ineffective as they have no authority to do anything but apologise.I'd strongly recommend that a more reliable carrier is used. Zero out of 10.Is it a coincidence that the delivery couldn't be made and its Friday afternoon?Why would a driver say they've left a card but NOT leave a card?DISGRACEFUL

So, I have a time slot of 12.33 to 2.33, at 3.30 I contact chat as the tracking had not been updated for 2 hours, told it was due between 12.33 and 2.33.....yes I knew that, it was 3.30 and had not arrived! Contacted chat st 4.30 still told it was due at 12.33 to 2.33, the tracking still had not been updated from 1.30. I had a doctors appointment which I had to cancel. 6.30 the tracking gets updated to 'oh no the van broke down' so it took them 5 hours to realise that did it?Following morning the tracking still says oh no the van broke down, check for updates, well guess what you're 18 hours late and the tracking is a complete joke.I am contacting my supplier to inform them of the shocking service they have paid for!

After my first delivery being 'lost in transit' A second parcel was sent.I followed the van using tracking for half an hour before they arrived in my street. One very quiet tap at the letterbox. I immediately went to the door. Within a few seconds literally.Saw a note. Opened the door.They had already sped away.The note must have already been written. No date on it. If they had waited a few more seconds literally.Then trying to get a sensible response from yodel...No chance!How are these clowns still in business?

My parcels always arrive on time. My local courier is realy good. Yodel keep you updated via email and easy to change delivery date if I'm not going to be in. On occasion I have collected my parcel from the depot and staff are always friendly and helpful
