Firstly I have to say that the food was really good, we can’t fault it in any way. The sole reason for this 2 star review is purely down to the youngish chap who took our order and served us. Unfortunately he had a really poor attitude! This isn’t the first time it’s happened before. A real shame but it will put us off going again as there is plenty of good food places around

Amazing food tonight guys ! Fresh , Flavoursome & Fabulous. Friendly staff and friendly driver will be back that’s for sure! Devoured the duck and pancakes in seconds so couldn’t get a photo but it was amazing.

Been going here since I was a child, ordered and my partner collected. When we checked they had messed up the order. We rang them and they denied and said I had ordered wrong and he had read it back for me to confirm?Won’t be going back now they have lost a loyal customer.

Ordered a few dishes satay, black bean pepper and Chinese curry all absolutely lovely...so nice we are going to have to try very hard to not become takeaway addicts. All well cooked perfectly and good mix of ingredients. Delivery was fast, food was still hot. Staff were polite helpful and friendly.

One of the best chinese takeaway's in the area. Food is always very fresh, good sized portions and the crispy duck is excellent as is the special fried rice.

If I could not give a star to review this site I would.I am not one to go to the trouble of reviewing restaurants but, this one deserves a mention for the sake of locals.Spare ribs tasted as though they were a month, old tasted like cardboard and off.So much onion used I'd forgotten what meat I ordered. The chicken was waterey, no crackers and rice could have been anything from fried to boiled!!Beware if you use this restaurant. I'm sure they must have produced decent meals at some time but, certainly not for us.

Jing Jing has gone to the dogs. I suspect the positive reviews are mostly old reviews from loyal customers. The last couple of times we’ve eaten the food wasn’t up to the same quality but due to loyalty we continued.Tonight, my daughter and I have both been sick after eating this meal, which I’m certain was rotten. We had our usual salt and pepper chicken pieces mixed vegetable and egg fried rice. The chicken was quite chewy and sweet and salty, A few bites in the chicken was tough and upon eating the egg fried rice it had a horrible smell and was yellow. The vegetables looked as though someone “Gobbed a large greenie in it” I rang Jing Jing to complain. I explained that the food doesn’t taste like usual and that it tasted rotten I told him we had been sick and this had never happened in all our years as customers. The guy on the phone, was rude. His response was that we only bought three meals so what and I said I’m letting you know. He put the phone down on me. I wasn’t rude and I didn’t ask for anything. I didn’t want a free meal I was hoping for an apology. I rang him back to ask if that’s how they treat customers, again he chastised me for only buying three meals and put the phone down.Im writing this review as someone who has reviewed Jing Jing beforeAfter around 14 years of custom great food and great customer service, Im sorry to say that I won’t be returning. Jing Jing and her daughter are lovely, always lovely and polite and kind to my children. It’s their favourite Chinese, “Can I go to Jing Jings”. We feel they have changed ownership and the quality of food turned out is poor but there is no excuse for being so rude. In a little village like this word gets around. I see them advertising and I’ve never seen that before. I guess they are losing customers cause they are Sh**I am going to contact the Food Standards Agency.

Absolutely awful. We have been customers of Jing Jings for a few years but last 12 months it has been getting worse and worse. Tonight we thought we’d give them another try after not ordering for a couple of months and we ordered crispy beef and it came in what was more of a gravy thank an OK sauce and it was absolutely foul, we both literally spat it out of our mouths. The beef was like leather and tasted disgusting. The other dish was chicken chow mein, the chicken was just like lumps of cheap gristle, the noodles a clump of stodge and the chips were warmed up. I’ve never had such a poor takeaway in my life from anywhere.I’ve spent the last hour trying to call them and the phone is just engaged. Not sure if it has changed hands in last 12 months or what but unfortunately they’ve totally lost our custom and I would suggest people avoid. Not what you want after a hard week at work and you were hoping to chill out with some nice food.
