Absolutely horrendous service, 2 staff members who took both calls had a doagusting attitude and didn't seem bothered at all. Ordered for deliver 3 times now and every single time they make us wait ages and ages and when you chase it they keep saying they'll be there soon. One time I was waiting 3 hours so the next time I ordered at 4pm for a delivery time slot of 7-7.15 pm and they didn't arrive till half 8 and we were fasting at the time so had to wait an hour after breaking fast to eat which is why I ore ordered in the first place. Then they lied and kept saying the time slot is when the delivery driver leaves the store not for the delivery time, they also didn't seem to care nor apologise. Absolutely disgusting service, would never recommend. Shame on letting the Pepe's chain down. I think they should be closed as they can't handle basic orders and basic customer service, it's appalling.

I tried the chicken steak burger with peri peri salted chips, other-half had the BBQ sizzler meal. Couldn't fault it in anyway, great service, didn't have to wait too long. Very clean was able to sit in.

This was our first visit to this new take away. My son and I were impressed. The seating area was well presented and clean. The menu is extensive with plenty of options to choose from. The server explained about the dishes and sauces available. We were able to sit down with the menu in order to make a decision. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The portion size is good. I had to take half of my burrito home as it was such a good size. They have meal deals and bundles for families, or you can order individual items. We also purchased some of their bottled sauces and spicy salt to take home. We will definitely be returning to work our way through the menu.

Ordered a chicken strips meal. The food looked terrible. The chicken strips were dry, like chewing cardboard. The salad" on the plate was shredded lettuce

I LOVE pepes but this branch is a complete shambles, visited here on multiple occasions and standards are really low. Would rather drive to the branch in Southampton then eat at this branch. Had to clean my own table and was shouted at for trying to order a drink lol. Always dirty never seen it clean I adore pepes so that’s my only reason for returning to this branch but after last nights visit I will be avoiding this one and commuting to Southampton or waiting to go home to Nottingham need to take notes fromNottingham Sneinton branch as this one is a joke lol
