The Good Van Company Ltd

The company lied about their conditions of the vans. They said they don’t take accident vans and sold us a damaged van and when we send them the report confirming this they stop responding. I am taking this further legally but please be careful they stole my money and sold a van which was unsafe and damaged just to make a sale.

Recently bought a van from this company after a few months of looking around. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Van bought for a great price. Will be recommending.

I dont post negative reviews lightly unless something really bad takes place and this was the case with Mark and Andy.I had awful experience with them. They are named good van company but in fact they seem to be con artist company selling knackered vans with no warranty, just look on trustpilot what AA warranty is worth.When I enquired about the van I asked if there are any problems with it. Mark said no, there is no problems at all with it.After collection of my van it turned out it has turbo knackered, aircon doesnt work and breaks have problem too, need new front discs.They agreed to fix issues, I dropped van off expecting within two weeks turnaround. I had no van for five weeks and only turbo was fixed. To make things worse three quoter of fuel tank gone missing. My complaint fell on deaf ear obviously. So I think the aircon and breaks i rather fix at my own expense, I cant trust Mark and Andy anymore.Anyone looking to buy a van in decent condition from trustworthy company is advised to avoid Mark and Andy.

Never really write a review however we received excellent service from Andy.My husband was looking for a good reliable van for work.Andy had knowledge about all the vans, he helped us pick a van. Andy kept us updated regarding the mot and what work is being done on the van and when the van would be delivered.Really really happy with the service we were provided really quick and efficient.

Can only write a review based on my own experience and mine was a good one :)Purchased a Iveco Daily dropside and the truck was in very good condition, the good van company even delivered the motor way down south for us at a reasonable fee.

This company is not affiliated with the motor ombudsman this means they can falsely sell damaged vans to you and not respond to you after sale however to take it further its a long wait for courts to resolve this rather then them working in line with the motor ombudsman to resolve this. Just another way to delay any ownership of their faults.
