Platinum Hyundai - Repair Service
Booked my Hyundai in for an MOT and service. Despite turning up 30 mins late staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely little waiting area with TV/radio and drinks available. Had a few bits and bobs come up but all explained and recommended best value for money options rather than just the most expensive. To top it off they even gave the car a clean (which it needed!) as a courtesy, Highly recommended for any car work!

Easy to book the appointment, and pleased that I got a confirmation call the day before. As it is not too easy to do anything at this moment regards face masks, distancing etc the staff made it feel as normal as possible. Pleased with the Service and standard of work. Thank You

Platinum Hyundai - Repair Service
We came in to look at an Ionq but couldn't find it. Also found it hard to find a salesperson until we left Hyundai and walked to the opposite side of Vauxhall to find one. He informed us he doesn't have any and to get a astra which wasn't sutible for our needs and tried to tell us the issue with the car ( middle seat has a lump so not sutible for a car seat) wasn't there till he looked for himself. You would think they would know the cars better than the customers....

Customer Service standards are pretty good but this being a dealership location all service and repair costs are very expensive (as to be expected for a dealership). For me it is also not very conveniently placed as it is a long way from where I work in Trowbridge
