My mum was experiencing very high blood pressure (214/73) and so called to get an appointment. Best they offered was a call back from the nurse clinician, who told her to take readings for 7 days. The following day she was so ill she needed to call an ambulance. The paramedics called the surgery to ask for a next day appointment to review the current blood pressure meds. The surgery still refused to see her!Really beware of choosing this surgery. I'd had issues in the past with my dad too where ended up in hospital because they wouldn't see him. We had a lucky escape this time with mum.

Receptionist Dawn very rude and condescending, she first took all my details to book me for appointment, then she asked me the reason for a GP appointment, after she choose not to give me the appointment based on my needs. This is discrimination against human rights.NHS have zero tolerance against abuse towards staff ,what about patients ?

Absolutely disgusting had my mom crying this morning as tried to get my 82 year old dad in to see doctor or doctor to go see my dad at home as he can't hardly walk to be told by the receptionist that they don't clash him as house bound and she got no transport to take him and they told her to get a taxi when she not 100% well herself plus she is 76 years old and found out my dad was diagnosed with the wrong thing by 2 people

Didn’t really even want to give a 1 star rating. Reception/office staff are incredibly rude, condescending and unapproachable couldn’t give you a time reception staff were actually polite. Being the front face of a medical centre and dealing with people from all aspects of life. You would think they would have the decency to be anpproach-able and understanding as human beings we all have other factors going on in our lives. To try and seek medical assistance and to be faced with attitude, rudeness and just straight lack of social/communication skills. I’m sure they undergo training for the position which I believe would involve effective communication skills and common curiosity within a health and social care setting. Will be looking for another medial practice. If you want to start your day off on a bad note then arrange an appointment or simply just speak to the staff on reception. Your day cannot get any worse than that.Good luck.

The worst GP I have ever being dealing with. Staff are dismissive over tge phone that if you get a chance of talking to them. Secondly it seems that there's never available appointments. You stand more chance to meet the King then see the doctor atthis practice. All they are good at is argue with you over the phone they should have turn their business into debate service". Not even talking how they made my daughter medication a chaos i had to ring multiple time to sort it out for months. I don't know why they still operating they should be investigated and see if the tax payers money is spent properly."

Everytime I call the receptionist is always so rude and all the other staff for that matter. The worst service and no professionalism whatsoever. If you are thinking about changing gp here then please do

Absolutely hopeless practice. We are stuck on a circle where CMC say we should take my MIL to A&E, they will not give her an appointment to see a doctor, but we need a referral from the doctor to get proper help. This practice is Teflon, avoid it. It's run by the receptionist, the doctors are absent.

I had bad experience with thig practice centre. Iam waiting to get the appointment more that a week to see my 5yr old daughter. Whenever I call them they keep saying they will call me back later. But I didn't get any call from them. I eagerly waiting nearly 20 minutes for each time and keep saying same answer or call them next day. Do they think we are sitting at home without any job. I have no issue with doctor. Only this reception team. One of the worst medical practice I ever had in my life.
