Absolutely fantastic place to buy a car. Picked up my new car yesterday , the team could not do enough to ensure the transaction was smooth and easy , car was in superb condition would highly recommend and i would use again- being Exeter based it’s a bit of a travel to them but well worth it for the right car and the right service.Steve done a great job showing me the car and making me feel completely relaxed, had issues unlocking it the following morning ( my own fault as not used to keyless entry ) but one quick call and I was talked trough it no issues at all - there service clearly extends beyond just making a sale - fantastic team thank you so so much.

I bought a car from here thinking it was in good working order well was I wrong. I bought ford c max an the problems I had with it was bad engine mounts,oil leak, needed a new clutch or freewheel and the aircon didn't work. Stupidly I got the air con fixed before I found out the other problems with the car which cost £450. In the end I had to take the car back for a refund for the vehicle only as they wouldn't give me the money for a brand new aircon system in the car an had to take that under stress as they said either take the £5990 or don't get nothing. They don't service there cars before selling them either just top up liquids . If I could give 0 stars I would an none of this is a lie 100% true

Bought our car from here today and drove it away. Brilliant service from the start, made us feel very relaxed. Keep up the good workOK so here I am nearly 2 years down the road and the car we bought has finally gone to the big scrapyard in the sky. It spent nearly 12 months sat on the drive after it catastrophically failed its MOT and only covering 6000 miles in a year and spending close to £2000 in the first 12 months of ownership. Although I do not blame the dealership at all, the garage that MOT'd the vehicle prior to my purchase, be wary. You do not go from a clean MOT with no advisories to over £1500 worth work and an advisory list as long as your arm in a short period of time and little mileage.

Its always a bit daunting buying a new car as someone who doesn't know a great deal about cars, but I bought a VWgolf a few months ago and haven't had a single issue. The cam belt was 5 years overdue but I bought the car knowing this and got it sorted ASAP! Still very happy with my purchase and would recommend!

Recently bought a used car from Steve which I am over the moon with. No pushy salesmanship, clear honest dialogue and friendly relaxed atmosphere. Minor issue a few weeks later was repaired swiftly and to a high standard by Alex. Went with my brother as he saw a car he wanted to view. Great customer service didn't harass us just let us look at the cars and take the one he liked for a test drive which lead to my brother buying the car
