Ordered my items on the 8 may, still haven’t received them. Tracked the item and they didn’t put the correct address in, sent three emails and still not heard anything, unable to find any telephone details to contact they either that way .

I ordered and purchased four Calypso vape pens two worked and two were duds not working no lightnothing so I sent them a polite email requesting a replacement or refund and they have completely ignored my request

I have received vape juice today 29/06It looks fake and like it had been tempered withThe colour is way darker than normalThe sticker looks like a faded copy that was glued in a rushThis is absolutely unacceptable , unsafe and fraudulent!!!!!Please process a full refund

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered 10 disposable vapes costing me £40. They have said its been delivered. I have not recieved them. They take ages to respond and say the same thing, that they have been delivered and how further can we assist you. I would like either the vapes I ordered or a refund. Has been an absolute joke! Would not recommend!

Made an order with them online, couldn’t verify my age due to their system not seeing my phone number as valid for some reason and have contacted them multiple times to try and rectify this with absolutely no response. Edit: I ordered on Friday so to say that I ordered just yesterday is a complete lie.

Placed an order a couple of months ago. Spoke to multiple people after not receiving my order. Staff were rude and would not help. Tried emailing as well as calling the store, they again shut me down and would not help. Its now been over 5 months without the goods I have paid for nor a refund. Disappointed

Excellent customer service. Communication was fantastic. I was sent the wrong item but this was rectified on my 2nd order I received the product as an extra. Would definitely recommend and use again. Lots of flavours to choose from. Very happy with my purchase.
