John was very helpful in guiding us through the selling of our deceased cousin's house. His marketing achieved a good price from a selection of more than a dozen bidders. John took great pride in his photography and was very patient at all times particularly during delays not in his control. His follow up was good, ensuring legal delays were kept down and his communications were always prompt. We would certainly recommend him.

Losing out constantly on houses. Many of them return back on the market done up in that grey house flipper signature style. Happy to sell everything to a certain famous local property guy, who does courses and flips properties for 100k a time. No wonder the average buyer can’t get anywhere with them. The lady in charge of sorting offers and this man are very good friends, Facebook will confirm this too. You never get any feedback on offers, or are able to speak to them. They are rude. Email only. What kind of agent is this.

We used the services of Clive Tanner Wyatt for our resent house sale, right from the start the service was excellent, John kept us upto date throughout what turned out to be a prolonged sales process as a result of solicitors poor service, nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to speak to or text and to assist with communications between all parties involved. First impressions were positive good advise given re valuation and house sold quickly which was Probably down to rightmove .I raised concerns about communication being poor and received a terse email in response .Having used other agents in the past I was very disappointed with customer careI had no correspondence from receiving memorandum of sale until the request for this review .I visited agency day before completion on advise from solicitor to leave keys this was not suggested from agent there was very little discussion about service given I expected acknowledgement for receipt of funds paid on completion but nothing. Overall okay but had there been complications I don't think this agency is up to mark

This agent arranged a lot of viewings for the property and a lot of good offers followed. I was kept informed of the progress during the sale process.

I am a first time buyer so this was a daunting process for me to begin with. However worry not if the agent in charge is Clive-Tanner Wyatts. I had a brilliant introduction to the house and viewing went well with the agent knowledgeable of the area, polite and friendly. I put my offer in and it was initially not accepted by the sellers and the agent was quick to get back to me. The property I viewed was one I was keen to purchase so I popped into the office and went over the offers process which was straight forward and it came to the point where I was happy to make a change to my initial offer. Again the response was rapid and I was not left waiting to know if I could proceed. At this point I wanted another viewing which was promptly arranged. There was no pressure selling or rush, this was professional service without any hassle. I went over any questions I had and these were noted and responded to formally in writing. Next came the paperwork to which I have no clue!! This agent guided me through process and at no cost arranged me a sales progressor to chase both sides of the solicitors. Smooth, honest, professional and a credit to Estate agents. I have my keys now and the process was straight forward! Also the agent still responded to a few queries after the purchase had gone through and I would definitely use them again. Well done and absolutely 5 stars!!!!!
