It’s ok for what you pay, but a bit dirty. There’s been drops of blood on the floor in one spot for weeks, and I don’t think the floor is ever swept.

Reasonable price for membership especially since it covers splash pool too, a lot of the machines have been refurbed recently which is nice too. Not got the intimidating vibe some gyms sometimes have which is great

The pemberton centre is great value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are also two more locations as part of the membership with a pool at both.

About time they sorted the ladies loos on the first floor. Half the cubicles permanently locked shut and only one hand dryer- for months now.

Just called to join the gym but the woman on the phone could not give a toss and just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Shame as it was my first choice but that’s a bit of a red flag to me. I’ll go elsewhere :)

The day you call these guys and they actually answer on the first ring will be a pretty amazing day.Constantly calling 4-5 times to book etc. Todays records is 17 calls and two voicemails.Edit: I ended up walking down there because I didn’t want to get charged for a late notice on a cancellation… THREE of them standing there chatting away, you couldn’t make it up.Have asked for a call back regarding something else, let’s see if that actually happens.

Overall it’s fairly good. Can be frustrating when equipment is left broken for many weeks, floors are often dirty and some of the equipment needs some TLC.If I wasn’t on a corporate discount membership I probably wouldn’t go here, but for the corporate price it’s worth it.
