Booked my car in Monday for break pads to be fixed and ended up needing a bit more work, which was unexpected but made sense and wasn’t just some mechanic having me on. The price difference was a lot more but was in no way pressured at all and everything price wise was explained to me in detail. I had the car completely fixed and back to me in the space of a few hours. I cant remember the name of the guy I dealt with on the front desk but he was lovely and polite every time I spoke to him. Will definitely return in future.

Awful experience ,nearly three hours to change four tyres and they never inflated them to the correct pressure,guy spent longer on his damn phone texting than he did on my tyres,just will not use them again

Parking is nonexistent and it's on a busy junction. So not at all convenient. The 'welcome' by the guy in reception was not especially inviting or in anyway enthusiastic.Work was done on time and as asked, which included a slightly complicated tyre swap, so credit there.

Good service from the staff. The prices are marked at market rate; although I recommend doing these online beforehand to get the prices. In store prices might be higher. Few things they could do for me to score five stars: 1. Make hot drinks free. 2. In colder months, the waiting area gets cold so not comfortable. The tiny radiators are not sufficient. 3. Offer free WiFi in the waiting area.

Owen at Grafton Street was welcoming, polite and very informative in what the issue with my car tyres was. Owen carried out the work thoroughly and with care to resolve my ongoing issue. Really pleased at the quality of help received. Thanks Owen. Jack the manager was at hand to ensure all went smoothly. Great service, highly recommended!

UPDATE:At the moment my car is with a different garage because over 60 miles per hour the whole car is vibrating….Today I had my appointment with this garage to change my tyres two of them preparing my car for the holiday coming, unfortunately due to COVID our budget been seriously hit so I had to change only two of them. When I arrived the guy from reception very professionally advised me that they will start changing my tyres as soon as possible. While I was waiting for the job to be done I asked the person who actually was doing the job his opinion about my front tyres which I asked to be swapped with rear and to put the new one in front, he said that they are very bad and he won’t use them. I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised that my decision to keep these pair of tyres is wrong and I am not safety … so I decided to change my mind and asked if possible to leave the rear tyres I had before and change the really bad one. He said NO I CANT DO IT BECAUSE I AM HALF WAY THROUGH so I insisted and after he went to speak with his manager he done as I asked. After that he became agitated and really nervous kicking things throwing things around. I will attach some pictures to see how my car was looking after he finish the job. My front car got some black spots and tyres I think speak from themselves. I really don’t understand why these people are acting like that when actually he was dealing on the time I paid for and he supposed to think safety first, I am not a professional as he is and I will always listen to his advise.

Lovely bunch at F1. Took my car in for MOT and found lots that needed doing. Anthony, Ali and Stuart were super helpful and knowledgeable in making sure we did enough to get through the MOT. Would recommend !

Had a 8.30 apt to change one tyre, arrived a few minutes before. Friendly chap checking people in & he seemed to do a good job. However the chap who ended up changing my tyre didn’t arrive until close to 9am, and then he appeared to procrastinate and I didn’t leave until 9:50am! Hate to think how much margin potential they’re loosing because of slow output. So take any appointment time with a pinch of salt…
