Not a good job centre plus they treating you with disrespect and unprecedented access to the UC on computer and they are hopeless of not answering my phone calls when I needed them to answer

Don’t know what there doing and not fit for purpose. Incompetent and run poorly. I’ve been waiting for 7 month for a medical that was suppose to take 2 months. They lose paper work, constantly make mistakes and mess you about.

I cant speak for everybody but given my circumstances i was so nervous to go in as you never feel heard. But today i was greeted by Megan who spoke about my case. She was kind, patient and not pushy in the slightest.. for the brief chat we had I felt like she actually cared. Just wanna send my thanks.

I can't imagine anyone on this site voting Tory, and if you did then you have no one to blame but yourselves for the lack of help. I have found that the staff are polite and kind, despite the avalanche of work that I assume they have to sort out. However, this is no excuse for complacency of which I have found with some staff.

4th day of ringing to be ignored, considering everything is online these days, it shouldn't be impossible to speak to someone on the phone. Everyone knows how poor the customer service is but nothing is done about it. No wonder there's so many unemployed people, the job centre don't help with these numbers.

Was told by someone working there its only a 20 minute walk, no it takes 15 minute on a bus to get into town learn to use tech pleaseAlso the amount of bullying I've suffered is immense, I've been sanctioned for having a anxiety disorder and not being able to answer the phone (which I told them several times but was ignored) horrendous people, vile and discriminatory
