I rented my property through Haystack property for over 2 years. It was pretty much a hassle free process working with Becky, she gave excellent advice throughout the whole process. In the 2 years if the tenants had any issues Becky would passthem on to myself and if I requested she would organise for the relevant trade to complete the works. I think the service offered by Haystack represents good value for money.

What I really like about Haystack Lettings was the ease and the helpfulness. As a landlord every was made so simple, you only to ask and Rebeca was more than happy to help. If l needed to do some repairs to my property i would get a call and a email to say what needs doing with a option of carrying out the work myself or Rebeca has a list tradesmen who I could call on. My new tenets had a problem one their first night and Rebeca was there to help them even though it was late on a Saturday night when most agencies have gone home for the weekend. So yes five stars and if I could give six I would. Thanks Haystacks
