Overall the ordering and delivery were good with just a few kinks; even though I put my flat on my address it wasn't on the label for DPD, they called me from outside to ask which flat it was (as they couldn't get buzzed in!). The second was that I never got a dispatch email, so I'd assumed that I wasn't getting the parcel next day as I'd paid for, and was about to call when DPD called me.I'd also probably suggest using some cheaper non-express services; I didn't really need next day, but it was the cheapest option.I haven't used the boxes yet so can't comment on quality.
